William (Will) W. Swink, Jr.

William W. Swink, Jr. has spent over three decades in the banking industry, with half of his career at F&M Bank. Will’s favorite part of his role is being able to contribute to his clients’ success stories. He loves working with clients whose businesses and families he’s known for years, and he also enjoys establishing relationships with companies and individuals who are new to the community and F&M Bank. His broad banking background covers every aspect and type of lending, including consumer, mortgage, commercial & industrial loans, commercial real estate, residential builder lines, as well as residential acquisition and development loans. To better serve his clients, he makes sure to promptly respond to lending requests and questions, giving his clients confidence in F&M Bank’s ability to address all of their financial needs. Will has been awarded the F&M Bank Charles D. Barringer Community Service Award and most recently the Virginia Hedrick Memorial Award for his compassionate service. Born and raised in Concord, Will graduated from Concord High School in 1985 and NC State in 1989 and has been fortunate enough to work in this community his entire banking career. Over the years, Will has served a number of community organizations including Central NC Council Boys Scouts of America, Concord Downtown Development Corp, United Way of Centrolina – Cabarrus, Cabarrus Regional Chamber, Historic Cabarrus Inc. and Boys & Girls Club of Cabarrus County. Outside of work, Will enjoys watching sports, especially the Carolina Panthers. He also loves playing golf, snow skiing and traveling with his family.
